DAY 5 of production for the GROTESK animation

It's almost 2am (AHHHH my eye's are freaking burning!!!!!) and I've just uploaded the trailer for grotesk, on the Shattered Resistance youtube site, which I have been working on all day.  Feels good to have completed it plus I got to compose some horror like music.  Decided to make a trailer so it would force me to get everything in working order to complete the first episode, I finally have my recording equipment up an running again and I will start recording voices tomorrow. I don't need  a lot of voice talents for this episode but for future ones I might need to do a voice talent hunt so if anyone out there is interested let me know and you might land a very classy role as a crack whore.

Tomorrow it's back to focusing on Cannibal Charlie, he still needs those cartoon kidneys, and I think I'll be able to finish it tomorrow, that's if I don't get too attached to my couch.  Well that's about it for this update I'm going to go cure my burnng eyes and get some of that sleep thing.  You can watch the GROTESK trailer at www.youtube.com/shatteredresistance.       hfldhl ahfuiweui wIUHWUEH<---AHHHH!! thats from me passing out on my keyboard I better get some SLLEEEEEEEEEEPP!!!!!!

Day 4 of the production of the GROTESK animation.

This is the cover of the script I recently finished for Cannibal Charlie.  I originally had plans to make it as one of my usual short comics, but instead I've decided to make it an animation because I think Cannibal Charlie would like to eat his stolen kidneys in colour and also with sound effects.

I've gotten quite a lot of work done today which has led to the animation for the Cannibal Charlie skit to be half way done.  I am aiming to get it all complete by this coming Thursday and I have stocked up on Coffee, Beer and cigarettes so I think it is quite possible.  I've also been thinking of getting a coffee slave so if you are interested in being my personal coffee making slave and don't mind chains and verbal abuse (coffee turns me into a bastard) then please let me know.

Well, thats enough of these lettery wordy thingy's.  I'm off to animate some kidneys for Charlie.

Day 3 of producing the GROTESK animation.

It's my third day being fully focused on producing the first episode of Grotesk and I can see many nights of sleep deprivation and overdosing on coffee awaits.  The Grotesk animation will follow the same formula as the last issue of the magazine:  With Rumperskullskin as your host and skits in between.  I am satisfied with the scripts and hopefully I will stay motivated to want to get all the animated sequences complete as soon as possible because I am planning to have the episode released by the end of September.

The Grotesk animation was supposed to be released before the 3rd issue of the magazine, but me being a craving soul of the couch, left many of the early animated sequences unfinished.  However the unfinished work will aid me in getting the episode done quicker.  I just pray to whatever entity that I don't become a couch victim because Rumperskullskin has been visiting me in my dreams and threatening me with his unique horror to get the work done since he wants his cruelty to be known.

If all goes well and I have a great response to the first episode, it could lead to monthly episodes.  Releasing an episode weekly is highly doubtful since I think I might have to invest in a sweat shop.  I will continue to release some short comics to keep this blog entertaining but for now my main objective is to complete this project and writing about it will also, once again, keep me motivated.  I think thats enough of useless blabering and time for me to get back to animating.  AHHHHHH!!!!!!   I need coffee!!!!!

The first official episode of Grotesk is finally in production!  I will keep you posted on this blog about  my progress until it is finally released.  I will also be releasing some art such as other posters and characters that will be featured in the first episode.
